In order to maintain the high standard of our craftsmanship and ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented a No Exchange Policy. Refunds: Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are only available up to 2 hours after your purchase. After two hours of the time the order is placed and payment is received, the sale is considered final. We encourage customers to review their order details, specifications, and customization options before making a purchase.
Returns: We do not accept returns. All our products are made specifically for each customer, based on their individual requirements and preferences. Therefore, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not permitted. Since our products are uniquely customized, we cannot exchange an item for a different product or design. We highly recommend double-checking all order details to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
